Cilantro Lime Farro in a Rice Cooker

A twist on the classic Chipotle rice. Farro is a fun whole grain alternative to boring old rice.

NOTE: The recipe only yields enough for about 3 people. I recommend doubling this recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup farro

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cups water

  • 3 limes (1/2 cup lime juice)

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic granolas.

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  • Cilantro to top

Recipe:

Rinse your farro.

Add all ingredients to your rice maker and give it a mix.

Let it sit and cook for about 1 hour.

Top with cilantro and eat! I normally eat this with grilled chicken or even add to a salad. Great for lunch and dinner!
