Simple Overnight Oats
My most addicting overnight oat recipe that makes commuting a little less rough. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt (I use unsweetened cashew yogurt)

  • 1/3 cup almond milk 

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 

  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (I use date syrup) 

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 

Recipe:

Mix all ingredients together and put in the fridge over night. In the morning I like to sprinkle with hemp seeds, chocolate chips and almond butter. A varsity of toppings make this dish a little more fun.
