Skirts! (transitional-ish)

As a northern california girl I don’t believe there is such a thing as “fall transition pieces” in SF you coldish and warm ish (usually it’s in the 60s) so wear what you want! I mostly wear skirts so here are a few I am obsessed with lately.

Denim

Levi’s Flounce Skirt

Levi’s is an absolute classic heritage brand. This skirt is a fun take on a basic denim skirt, the a line fit is super flattering, and a bit more functional than the classic mini skirt.

Comes in a light blue wash and white as well. I would wear it for all weather either with a tank and slides or sweater and boots!

Madewell Denim Circle Midi Skirt

This one is for the girls like me that hate jeans, but love denim. It is flowy but still has shape and belt loops.

I own this skirt and wore it to outside lands with a cropped sheer long sleeve shirt and white sneakers. But I have also worn it with a simple black tank and knee high boots.

Pattern Midi Skirt

Mode Mischief Studios Costes Midi Skirt

I have this skirt and I can’t explain how often I wear it… for every occasion. Usually I wear it with a tight black tank and my sneakers, sometimes some black boots or even my birkinstocks with a jean jacket.

They recently came out with it in a blue gingham pattern too!

Staud Procida Skirt

I adore stripes and polka dots, they are simply classic and mostly flattering. I don’t have any Staud Skirts but this is an absolute classic if you are a stripe girl like me.

Cute Little Mini Skirts

I won’t lie, I have been having a hard time with Mini Skirts lately on my short legs, so I can’t rave about any. However, here are some I think are super cute.

Massimo Dutti Suede Leather Mini Skirt Co-ord

I am obsessed with Massimo Dutti skirts. For the most part they are natural fibers and midi- maxi length which are a 10/10 in my book. If I were to buy a mini skirt this would be it. The shape and cut are timeless.
