Super Simple Flaky Lemon Sea Bass
Recipe:
10oz piece of Sea Bass- skin on!
3 large cloves of garlic
Zest of 1 large lemon
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Direction:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place Sea Bass filet skin down. Zest the entire lemon and grate garlic cloves straight on top of the fish (make sure it is spread evenly on the fish). Tip! If you don’t have a garlic press, simply use a zester and zest the garlic.
Add a light drizzle of olive oil to the top and add a dash of salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
You will know if it's ready because it should fall apart when you stick a fork in it. Then it’s time to eat!
