Super Easy Muddy Buddy Bars

These can be as healthy as you like depending on what ingredients you decide to put in them .

These are made with Almond Butter, Dark Chocolate, and Brown Rice Crisps but I will list all the of the substitutes in the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 10 cups (1 full box) Brown Rice Puffed Cereal (normal Rice Krispies cereal works as well)

  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips (you can use dark or milk chocolate depending on preferences, you can even use white chocolate)

  • 1.5 cups Peanut Butter (almond butter, cashew butter, any nut butter)

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil

  • Powdered Sugar for extra texture and sweetness

Directions:

Combine chocolate, peanut butter, coconut oil together in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, remove and mix with a spatula.

Microwave for another 30 seconds, remove and mix. Repeat this 2-4 times until it is fully melted and incorporated. This varies depending on microwave and bowl being used.

In a large bowl add 4 cups of cereal and mix in half of the chocolate, then add another 4 and mix in the remaining chocolate. Add the last bit of cereal and mix until all the cereal is covered.

Poor the mixture on to a baking sheet covered in parchment paper and press flat. Set in the fridge or freezer to cool.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares. Enjoy!
